Chapter Summary

This chapter presents a list of members having participated in the various projects in Working Group International Contracts. The law of international contracts is a particularly rich field for research. This becomes obvious when one examines very closely how these contracts are drafted in practice. The Working Group uses large samples taken from the practical experience of its members. The Group is made up of corporate lawyers, members of the Bar and professors specializing in international trade transactions. Most participants come from France and Belgium, but other nations, for instance: Brazil, Egypt, England, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United States, are represented by assiduous members.
