Chapter Summary

This section of the book contains a list of table of cases that are mentioned in the book Corporations and International Lawmaking. Table of cases include international decisions, and decisions of national courts. The book examines the procedural issues associated with the participatory claims of corporations and, to a lesser extent, evaluates their substantive impact upon the content of international law. It considers whether there has been a qualitative transformation of the corporate role within the international legal order and in what ways the methods, motivations and regulatory demands of corporations augments or challenges the notion of consent as the underlying foundation of international law.
