Chapter Summary

This section of the book contains a list of table of instruments that are mentioned in the book Corporations and International Lawmaking. It includes table of national instruments, and international and regional instruments. Corporations encourage regulatory competition between governments inasmuch as the particularity of national law is a source of commercial advantage within the international marketplace. They also encourage harmonization between different national legal systems with a view to facilitating cross-border exchange, thereby incidentally furthering international law's claim to universality.
