Chapter Summary

This chapter discusses the bathing experiences of author's sixteen-year-old daughter. She did not mind water or shampoo getting into her eyes while bathing. She felt so happy and felt like being in Paradise when she was in the warm water of the bathhouse. The others looked at her in surprise. She never grizzled in the bath during her infancy. The author was attracted by a 'hot-air drier for a bathroom with mist functions of warm water' in a showroom of N Company. It sprayed water a little warmer than body temperature from the wall around the room. We sweat and eliminate waste matter when we are sprayed, and our body gets renewed in this way. The machine also helps to get rid of stress. A bath system was provided with a bathtub. The bathtub was able to be cleaned automatically just by pushing a button.
