Chapter Summary

This is the bibliography section of the book The Grammar of Perspective: The Sumerian Conjugation Prefixes as a System of Voice, which has its origins in the author's doctoral dissertation from Harvard University, The Deictic Foundations of the Sumerian Language, specifically, chapter four, which is concerned with the prefix ba-. Grammatical voice, an abstract notion, was described in spatial terms and given structure as a function of location. This is the seed of the book. The author incorporates the other basic conjugation prefixes-mu-, imma-, and i--into this conceptual framework, understanding their functions as constituting a grammatical system.

Keywords:ba-; grammatical voice; i; imma-; mu-; Sumerian conjugation prefixes
