Chapter Summary

This chapter describes Canadian Law, which contains seven sections. The first section talks about an act to restore to Roman Catholics in Upper Canada certain rights in respect to Separate Schools. Incorporated Village or Town, or within any ward of any City or Town, and being Roman Catholics, may convene a public meeting of persons desiring to establish a Separate School for Roman Catholics in such School Section or ward, for the election of Trustees for the management of the same. The last section, which is a document, talks about the Canadian Revenue Agency, information circular IC 75-23, Tuition fees and Charitable Donations paid to privately support secular and Religious Schools. This document is a circular produced by the Canadian Revenue Agency. It is the basis for partial tax relief to parents who send their children to privately supported secular and religious schools throughout Canada.
