This section of the book Terrorism and the Foreigner: A Decade of Tension around the Rule of Law in Europe contains seven annexes. It discusses resolution 1373 (2001), adopted by the Security Council; council framework decision of 13 June 2002 on combating terrorism; guidelines on Human Rights and the Fight against Terrorism adopted by the committee of ministers at the 804th meeting of the ministers’ deputies. It also describes the guidelines of the committee of ministers of the council of Europe on human rights and the fight against terrorism adopted by the committee of ministers; and the texts of reference used for the preparation of the guidelines on human rights and the fight against terrorism. The discussion also covers guidelines on international protection; ECRI general policy recommendation no. 8 on combating racism while fighting terrorism; and council of Europe Convention on the prevention of terrorism.
