Chapter Summary

This chapter deals with Rule 72bis of the digest of jurisprudence of the Special Court of Sierra Leone. It presents two cases and their Trial Chambers decisions. The first case is of Prosecutor v. Kondewa for the decision and order on Defence Preliminary Motion for Defects in the Form of the Indictment, 27 November 2003. The second case, dated 28 April 2005, is of Prosecutor v. Norman for the decision on First Accused's Motion on Abuse of Process.
