Chapter Summary

This chapter deals with Rule 73 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the statute of the Special Court of Cyril Laucci. It presents several cases and their trial chambers decisions. One of the cases is of Prosecutor v. Brima for the decision on Prosecution Tender for Order on Filing, 16 May 2003. Another case, dated 28 April 2005, is of Prosecutor v. Norman for the decision on First Accused's Motion on Abuse of Process. The chapter also includes several other cases and their appeals chamber decisions.
