Chapter Summary

This chapter deals with Rule 78 of the digest of jurisprudence of the special court for Sierra Leone. It contains cases and their trial chamber decisions. First case is of Prosecutor v. Kallon for the decision on the Motion by Morris Kallon for Bail, 24 February 2004. Second case, dated 20 September 2005, is of Prosecutor v. Norman, Fofana, Kondewa for the decision on Order to the Prosecution on Filing.
