This chapter deals with Rule 81 of the digest of jurisprudence of the Special Court for Sierra Leone. One of the cases is of Prosecutor v. Brima, Kamara, Kanu for the decision on order regarding the disclosure of a protected witness TF1-081, 8 March 2005. Another case, dated 14 March 2003, is of Prosecutor v. Sankoh for the decision on order to permit photography, video-recording or audio-recording. The chapter also includes several other cases and their Trial Chamber decisions.
