Chapter Summary

This chapter talks about the Rule 92 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the statute of the Special Court of Sierra Leone (SCSL). It discusses several cases and their trial chambers decisions. The first case Prosecution v. Sesay, Kallon, Gbao which concerns the decision on the prosecution motion for concurrent hearing of evidence common to cases, 11 May 2004. The chapter also talks about several cases and their appeals chamber decisions. Another case Prosecutor v. Fofana, which concerns the decision on appeal against "Decision on Prosecution's Motion for Judicial Notice and Admission of Evidence", 16 May 2005.
