This front matter section of the book Constitutionalism - Human Rights - Separation of Powers: The Cyprus Precedent contains the table of contents, acknowledgments, list of abbreviations, and table of cases of the supreme court of Cyprus. Cyprus became an independent State in 1960. It was endowed with a Constitution evolved within the parameters of the Zurich Agreement concluded between the Greek and Turkish Prime Ministers in February 1959 and the London Conference that followed later the same month. The agreements leading to the drafting and subsequent establishment of the Constitution of Cyprus came to be known as the London-Zurich Agreements.
