This appendix section contains list of documents relevant to discussion of national human rights institutions (NHRIs) established in the Asia-Pacific region. The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law is an academic institution formed in 1984 at the University of Lund, Sweden. The Institute is named after a distinguished Swedish diplomat, Raoul Wallenberg, in recognition of his humanitarian accomplishments in Hungary during the Second World War.
