Chapter Summary

This index presents a list of ancient sources that are mentioned in the book Qumranica Minora II: Thematic Studies on the Dead Sea Scrolls. The ancient sources are taken from Hebrew Bible, Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha, Dead Sea Scrolls, New Testament, ancient Jewish writers, rabbinic and Christian literature. The second volume of Qumranica Minora contains a selection of thematic studies that Florentino García Martínez published mostly in the past ten years, including translations of four studies originally written in French and Spanish. Many of these studies have been presented at conferences and symposia, or have been dedicated to colleagues in Festschriften. This explains to some extent the large variety of topics, ranging from important religio-historical or theological issues such as "Priestly Functions in a Community without Temple", to technical aspects such as "Greek Loanwords in the Copper Scroll".
