Chapter Summary

This front matter section of the book Problems of International Administrative Law contains the table of contents and introduction of the book. The book seeks to open to a larger audience the proceedings of a Conference on international administrative law held in Paris on May 16, 2000. At the Conference, the participants discussed in great depth the topic of judicial review of managerial discretion, as well as procedural and practical issues relating to the work of international administrative tribunals. There was a general convergence of views by various contributors to this book with respect to questions of judicial review powers, while views diverged with respect to procedural and practical issues.
