Chapter Summary

This bibliography contains a list of reference articles and books that are mentioned in the book Deviancy in Early Rabbinic Literature: A Collection of Socio-Anthropological Essays. For some years, rabbinic literature has been studied using sociological and anthropological methods, consistent with those of cultural studies, and based on the writings of Foucault. The book exposes the hidden structures of the text using a socio-cultural method. This seems to run parallel to the position of the philosopher of science, Thomas Kuhn, regarding the need for paradigms in modern social science.

Keywords: early rabbinic literature; Thomas Kuhn
