This introductory chapter provides an overview of this book Trinity in Unity in Christian-Muslim Relations: The Work of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue and its chapters. The book explores the theological structures and argumentations of the publications of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue based in Vatican City. It takes into account all the official Secretariat for Non-Christians/Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue (SNC/PCID) publications: two (three) magisterial documents, the acts of meetings, other publications, including those of the Commission for Religious Relations with Muslims, and the journal Bulletin/Pro Dialogo. It is also a collection of the statements of the Pontifical Magisterium on interreligious dialogue and non-Christian religions.
