The office set up by the Registrar of the Special Court for Sierra Leone pursuant to Rule 45 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court for Sierra Leone responsible for ensuring the rights of Suspect will comprise: Principal Defender, Provisional Assignment period,Provisional Assignmen Agreement,Registrar: Rules, Special Court,Statute and Suspect: Any individual will be held held under the authority of Rules 40 or 40 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.The applicant and respondent shall file any written submission or response or reply within the time limits set out in Rule 72 (G) and in the manner provided for by the Practice Direction on Filing Documents before the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
