This chapter presents the statutory provisions on various issues such as indictment, disclosure by the prosecutor and the defence, presentation and examination of evidence, and admissibility of evidence. In the case of indictment, the chapter reproduces a portion of the text of the Article 6 concerning right to a fair trial, and a portion of the Article 21(4): rights of the accused, and many other relevant articles of ICTY, ICTR, SCSL and other tribunals.
