Chapter Summary

This chapter deals with the various articles of the Agreement for International Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in the Arab and European States bordering on the Mediterranean, adopted by an International Conference of States convened by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The recognition by all the Contracting States of studies, certificates, diplomas and degrees obtained in any one of them is calculated to develop the mobility of persons and the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience in science and technology.
