This appendix section contains a list of tables. The table includes a list of the population characteristics, the measurement scales and how they will be utilized for the purposes of the study, frequencies and percentages of population characteristics, overall factor analysis for divine actions for the poor item, factor analysis on divine active, passive and provision acts, factor analysis on divine speech acts. It also include descriptives for the scales of divine action for the poor, state/society policy scales, poverty alleviation measures scales, and poverty alleviation ends scales. The overall factor analysis for state/society policy, poverty alleviation measures, and poverty alleviation ends are also covered. The table presents the social location of rural/urban residence, frequency of Bible reading, religious salience (God's provision), region of origin (province), and sense of poverty. Finally, the table provides insurance, income, assets, and education in the set of regressions for path analysis.
