This appendix section of the book contains the abbreviations for Sacramentaries, listing of the Roman Roots of the Gelasian Missa pro regibus, and addresses during various Masses containing the Latin text and English translation. These include the Gelasian Mass for Kings from the Vatican Sacramentary, and the Mass for Kings in Gregorian Sacramentaries in the ninth century: the corrected version of Benedict of Aniane and modified Gelasian versions, a tabulation of the key changes in the Good Friday Mass and in the Missa Pro Regibus in the second half of the eighth through ninth century, addresses during the Everyday Mass for a King from the supplement to the Gregorian Sacramentary, the Everyday Mass for a King (Missa cotidiana pro rege): a corrected version from the Sacramentary of Le Mans, the Everyday Mass for a King (Missa pro rege cotidiana) from the Sacramentary of Sens, and royal masses in ninth-century Sacramentaries.
