This chapter addresses several questions, firstly regarding the aspects of the legislative provisions implemented by the State of Morocco to combat terrorism in the wake of the 16 May attacks on Casablanca, before analysing the legal basis of the responsibility of the Moroccan State as regards the protection of human rights in the fight against terrorism.
