This chapter presents English translations of Arabic texts dealing with several instances of preparation of oils which is useful against pain in the liver and stomach, colic, and coldness of the belly when drunk or applied as a cataplasm or used as an enema,heat in the head, hair grow, hemicrania, coldness of the kidneys, bladder, womb and back, and pain in the sides. In each instance, a description of the preparation of the medicine is also provided.
