Chapter Summary

The Kephalaia compilers present five formulations of the Five Fathers from Five Limbs as follows: the Messenger came from his Mind, the Beloved of Lights from his Thought, the Mother of Life from his Insight, Jesus the Beloved from his Counsel, and the Virgin of Light from his Consideration. These Five Advents came from the Five Limbs of the Father. Unfortunately, almost no context is given by this extremely abbreviated chapter, other than the statement that "one came after the other (and) appeared in his time" (1Ke 76.25).
