This annex section of the book discusses fourty articles on the draft International Agreement on the exploitation of natural resources of the Moon and other celestial bodies. These articles covers purpose of the agreement, legal status of the Moon and other celestial bodies, legal status of the installations, facilities, space stations built on the lunar or other celestial bodies' surfaces, promotion of international cooperation, applicability of international law, and nature and principles of the international space authority. The exploitation of natural resources of the Moon and other celestial bodies shall be carried out in accordance with the principles established in this Agreement and the policies set out by the International Space Authority.
