Chapter Summary

This bibliography is divided into three topical parts. The first part is concerned with documents, books, proceedings, articles and newspaper reports leading to the enactment of the subversive activities prevention law (SAPL). The second part is on the implementation period of the SAPL, 1952+ involving court decision and commentaries. The third part is more like a conventional bibliography but even the main emphasis was on finding case studies in English and Japanese involving Japanese issues.
