This index presents a list of ancient author names and terms of the book titled Thick Comparison. The book is not a step-by-step guide to good comparison or qualitative best practice. Rather, it investigates the process of producing comparability. The book is a display and discussion of attempts to use ethnographic methods in order to build objects of comparison and relate them to each other as a means of improving analytical clarity.
