Chapter Summary

This section presents the list of author names that occur in this book titled The Future of Police and Judicial Cooperation in the European Union. The book outlines the research programme carried out by the Department of Criminal Law in past years as well as the research programme to be carried out by the Department in the years ahead. It discusses the development and content of the proposal for the Stockholm Programme, as published by the European Commission mid-June 2009. This brief discussion may rightly be regarded as additional justification for the research programme chosen by the Department of Criminal Law for 2009-2014. The book also discusses the structure of the symposium to be held on 7 November 2009 and the contributions included in this anthology.
