Chapter Summary

This chapter outlines these different contributions: it is ones submission that the foundation work of the ICFY was the basis for the human rights provisions of the Dayton Conference that the Dayton blueprint on human rights based on ICFY's design was the real contribution to peacebuilding in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is also ones submission that ICFY's groundwork on an autonomy regime for Eastern Slavonia was another major pillar of peacebuilding in Croatia. Third, one can submit that, ICFY's Working Group on Ethnic Communities, Nationalities and Minorities137 did invaluable peacebuilding work in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and elsewhere in the former Yugoslavia on issues of group and minority rights.
