This appendix section contains 12 tables. The first table presents geographic distribution of interviewees at different stages of construction of sample, and the second table contains details of telephone interviews. The third table discusses the interviews carried out in the 30 departments, by gender, 2002. The fourth table presents postal codes of interviewees. The fifth table compares certain weighted and non-weighted variables. The sixth table describes distribution of school age children by department, 2002. The sixth table contains correlation matrix for the values of the Jews of France, and the seventh table presents profiles of respondents by POSAC indices. The seventh table explains correlation matrix for the six indices, and the eighth and ninth tables contain correlation array for the profiles and the values of the Jews of France, and the correlation matrix for the concerns of the Jews in France, respectively.
