This chapter presents the relevant documents that are reproduced only in the official language(s) of the Tribunal in which they were submitted to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea is an international court with competence to settle disputes concerning the law of the sea. The chapter presents the letters such as letter dated 11 May 2010 from Mr Odunton, Secretary General of the International Seabed Authority, to the President of the Seabed Disputes Chamber appointing Mr Lodge as representative and responses to questions from the Seabed Disputes Chamber and the letter dated 13 October 2010 from the Registrar to Mr Lodge requesting information on the different phases involved in exploration and exploitation of polymetallic nodules and on technology.
