The case was for the order for the disclosure of the indictment and the warrant of arrest and order for transfer and detention Sitting as was Judge Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, designated by the President of the Special Court according to Rule 28 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence. Considering the Indictment against Alex Tamba Brima The Court ordered that starting from 15 March 2003, the public disclosure of the Indictment and the Warrant of Arrest and Order for Transfer and Detention of the Accused.
