Chapter Summary

This chapter presents a case from the Trial Chamber regarding a decision order on prosecution motions for joinder trials of the Accused in Prosecutor v. Issa Hassan Sesay, Alex Tamba Brima, Morris Kallon, Augustine Gbao, Brima Bazzy Kamara, and Santigie Borbor Kanu. Noting the delay in publishing the Decision, the Court ordered that the second consequential order of the Decision should be changed and filed within in the Registry within ten days of the date of delivery of this Decision. And that the said consolidated indictments be filed in the Registry within ten days of the date of delivery of this Decision.
