This chapter presents a report of the case law of the Trial Chamber II of the Special Court for Sierra Leone. The case is from the Prosecutor against Alex Tamba Brima, Brima Bazzy Kamara, and Santigie Borbor Kanu, regarding the decision on prosecution motion for relief in respect of violations of the Trial Chamber's decision of 9 May 2006. The Chamber, pursuant to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court, ordered that the Decision be amended.
