This appendix presents a list of charts representing individual bread mould volumes in samples relevant to analysis of the textual and iconographic data applicable to the question of the Old Kingdom economy. Archaeology allows one to fruitfully envision the macroeconomic structure of the Egyptian Old Kingdom and to break the power of the state over reconstructions and analyses of this period. The chart section includes samples of: Memphite Region (Sites Arranged North to South); and Provinces (Sites Arranged North to South).
