This chapter presents a systematic treatment of species of chlidanotinae. It presents a description of imago, the life history, and the distribution of Olindia Schumacherana and Isotrias Rectifasciana. The Wingspan of the Olindia Schumacherana is in 11-16 mm. The Schumacherana is distributed in frequent shady woodland and woodland edges, and widely distributed in the British Isles; most frequent in the south, becoming scarcer in Wales, northern England and Scotland but recorded as far north as East Sutherland. The species Isotrias Rectifasciana has a wingspan of 11-16 mm; females tend to be smaller than males. It frequents hedges where elm, hawthorn, blackthorn and other bushes are present, but also occurs on coastal salt marshes well away from hedges and trees.
