More modestly, the systematic study of the historical development of international law suffices to score some graduations, borrowed more to the theory and technique of the right to its history, to try to capture through the use of the concept of legal order, the International case, and how a social organization of the relationship between entities. Although prior to the emergence of the concept of legal applied internationally emerged from the remotest antiquity separate entities, but as sovereign the circumstances should have led them to establish a certain order, formalized under the form of conventional law. Thus they forged the first "international legal order", which is provided by the Treaty of Kadesh, which dates back to the 13th century before Christ. Then one can see how, from these initial monads was gradual, assert the idea of universal call to order according to design their promoters were then of the universe.
