Chapter Summary

Every political community produces its organizational forms through the system. This organization is the both organism and Organon and requires a principle by which the political community may argue as a system. The founders of the Ottoman Empire very early recognized this clearly marking the division between the first period of foundation, that of conquering a city, Bursa, and the continued development of the empire which imposed later substitution of Constantinople, the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire, Bursa, which could not be the measure of the empire. The mystics are the sole representatives of spirituality because they are the only ones to respect the right which regulates the use of speech. It is on the basis of policy development that can begin to consider the singular problem of Melami current in the Ottoman Empire.
