Chapter Summary

This appendix of the book ASEAN and Human Trafficking: Case Studies of Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam presents a table on corruption scores of ASEAN member countries. The book proposes the creation of the ASEAN Declaration on the Promotion and Protection on the Rights of Trafficking Victims (ADTV) because ASEAN lacks a regional legal instrument and mechanism that can address and tackle trafficking of all victims, including men. The feasibility of ASEAN's acceptance of the ACTV is considered.
