Chapter Summary

This bibliography contains a list of books, commentaries and secondary literature that are relevant to the discussion of the book of Psalms or Psalter and grammars related to Hebrew language of the Old Testament. The Psalter manuscripts are the text variants historically and theologically justified related to Masoretic text and the Septuagint. A two-part study structure suggests: 1. the description, reconstruction, definition and analysis of the resulting material and 2. starting a content analysis, together with an attempt at a ratio determination of the Psalms from Qumran to the traditional forms of text of the Psalter, from this finding. Preliminary considerations, which determine the object of study, define and describe and classify historical research, are explained. The original text of the chapter is in German.
