Specially-set-post teachers are the most important power in supplementing rural school teachers. It is necessary to improve the housing and income conditions of specially-set-post teachers. The gender imbalance among the "Specially-set-post Teachers" is an issue that requires attention. The "Specially-set-post Teachers" mainly taught Chinese, Mathematics and English. Among the "Specially-set-post Teachers" who have responded to the survey, more than 50" of them would often pay attention to various recruitment and admission opportunities.
