Chapter Summary

The Official Journal of the Court, calendar of the Court, Decisions and orders of the Court and any other material as decided by the Presidency, the Prosecutor or the Registrar should be published on the court's website. All hearings shall be held in public, unless otherwise provided in the Statute. The Prosecutor and the defence may file a response to any document filed by any participant in the case in accordance with the Statute, rules, regulations and order of the Chamber. For the purposes of rule 89 and subject to rule 102, a victim shall make a written application to the Registrar who shall develop standard forms for that purpose which shall be approved in accordance with regulation 23, sub-regulation 2. The detention record of each detained person shall be confidential. The detained person shall be informed of the Prosecutor's request and shall be given the opportunity to be heard.
