This appendix of the book Santé et société à Montpellier à la fin du Moyen Âge contains trial of Gaucelm Gracie against masters of the university of the medicine of Montpellier. It comprises all pleadings of the opposing party the Spaniard Gaucelm Gracie, accused by masters in medicine of the University of illicit practice of the medicine in the city of Montpellier, against privileges and statuses of the school of medicine. The appendix contains the transcription of the Latin text followed by the translation into French, and transcription of the plea of the lawyer of Gaucelm Gracie and translation of Antoine Rainer's plea, lawyer of Gaucelm Gracie. This book examines the social, institutional and cultural setting of medical practices in the medieval town of Montpellier which boasted one of the first universities of the middle ages and a famous school of medicine. The original text of the chapter is in French.
