Chapter Summary

The youth Vizan, the son of king Mazdai, was asking of him and saying to him: "I beg of you, holy man, Apostle of God, permit me to go. When Judas, the Apostle of the Most High, heard these things, the Apostle says to Vizan: "My son, if you believe you shall see the wonders of our God, how he brings to life and has compassion upon his servants". Judas said to Vizan: "Go before us and prepare for us what is needful for our service". While they were talking, Judas came with Sifur and his wife and daughter and with Mygdonia and Tertia and Narkia and they came and entered into the house of Vizan. After they had been baptised and had come up he brought bread and the mingled cup and spoke a blessing over it.
