In this third report of taxonomic studies on the Talitridae collected from the mainland and neighbouring islands of Taiwan, we herein treat the genus Floresorchestia Bousfield, 1984. Two new species (Floresorchestia anpingensis sp. nov. and F. yehyuensis sp. nov.) and one other species (F. anomala (Chevreux, 1901)) of the genus were collected from coastal habitats of the islands. F. anpingensis sp. nov. is separated from F. anomala by a 4½-dentate lacinia mobilis of the left mandible and the propodus of male gnathopod 1 with 3-5 bifid spines on the lateral surface. F. yehyuensis sp. nov. is separated from F. anomala by a 4-dentate lacinia mobilis of the left mandible and the propodus of female gnathopod 1 with 3 bifid spines on the posterior margin and surface of the lateral side. These Floresorchestia species all were found to occur south of 23.5°N in the Taiwanese islands.
