Eine Apseudide, Sphyrapus anomalus G. O. Sars, eine Tanaide, Leptognaihia armata Hansen, und die Isopoden Desmosoma plebejum Hansen, Gnathia albescens Hansen, Idotoega sibirica (Birula), Idotoega entonaon entomon (Linnaeus), Idotoega sabini sabini forma barentsi Gurjanova werden vom Polarbecken beschrieben und abgebildet. Die genannten Arten der Gattungen Leptognathia, Dermoroma und Gnathia waren bisher vom arktischen Becken nicht bekannt.
