From 56 samples, taken by Professor Dr. H. Sioli, Plön, and Dr. R. Braun, Zürich, in the Amazon River region in the years 1940-1953, a list of Cyclopoida Gnathostoma is given. These are littoral forms associated with the substratum. Among 14 species there are two new species, three new subspecies and one new form, which are described and figured. Three previously known species are also characterized morphologically.
