[Les Copépodes asterocherides suivants sont signalés de la côte sud-est de l'Inde: Asterocheres major, A. minor, A. mannarensis, A. dentatus, A. orientalis, A. indicus, A. complexus, Scottocheres latus, Dermatomyzon nigripes, Asteropontius typicus, A. littoralis and A. sewelli. En outre sont décrits en détail deux espèces non-nommées du genre Asterocheres, et Indomyzon qasimi n. gen., n. sp.
